The below fee structure is only applicable for clients with a maximum of 1000 movable assets. If the assets exeeds 1000 an additional fee per asset will be charged.
Registration Fee
The Registration fee for new and existing clients is payable on registration for the first year only. The annual renewal fee is payable Pro Rata at the end of November. You may document up to three vehicles free of charge, applicable on all options.
OPTION 1
NID has done my buildings valuation in the past and I would like to link the valuation to the NID Asset Management AppOPTION 2
I do not have a building valuation. I would like to do my own Building valuation on the NID App with the measurements provided by myselfOPTION 3

Should you make use of the options where NID is involved regarding building valuations and/or replacement values on newly added movable assets, the applicable once-off registration fee will apply. The annual registration fee for these services is payable Pro Rata at the end of November. The reports are only available for one year where after the update fees will apply. During the first year reports can be requested whenever the user decides to do so.

NID has done my asset inventory in the past and I would like to link my assets to the NID Asset Management App
NEW & EXISTING CLIENTS
By selecting any of these options, you will gain full access to the NID Asset Management App that allows you to add, edit, delete and claim assets. You can either value your assets yourself, or ask NID to do it for you. All our reports are available on request from the client, at any time.
Residential
An asset register comprises of a detailed list of all your moveable assets with their respective replacement values, allowing you to accurately insure and manage your assets.
Should you decide to make use of the NID APP and you are a first time user, please note that the registration fee of R300.00 is mandatory for the first time and renewable annually. All fees are VAT inclusive
Commercial & Government Institutions
By law, every Government Institution like Schools, Municipalities, Hospitals etc., should have an accurate record of their movable and fixed assets. An asset register comprises of a detailed list of all your moveable and fix assets with their respective replacement values, allowing you to have a positive outcome during your annual Audit. The asset inventory will also assist you to accurately insure and manage your assets.
BUILDING REPLACEMENT VALUATIONS
We have utilized the most widely used method of approximate estimation to obtain an indication of the construction cost of a building which is the inclusive rate method, also referred to as the rate per square meter method, as if the building was unscored and had no defects. This estimate is based on current competitive building costs and the Pre-contract Escalation Factor is calculated on the monthly Forecasts of the BER Building Cost Index: 2014 - 2016.
All you need is the measurements in square meters or meters of all the property improvements.
VEHICLE DETAIL

CLAIMS
Log onto the NID APP, find the asset, flag it as 'Claimed', and NID will send a claims report with images and the latest replacement value to you, your insurer and broker.
