Vehicle Inspections

Vehicle and Non-vehicle inspections are a procedure mandated by the insurer and/ or the insurance broker and in which a vehicle is inspected to ensure that it conforms to the specifications of the insurer.

NID conducts inspections and appraisals on all types of vehicles including farming implements such as harvesters and tractors and non-motor vehicles such as jet skis and trailers. To assist the client, all vehicle inspections will be done at the client’s premises and/or work address. All the additional Vehicle and Non-vehicle inspections on the client’s premises will be done at a reduced fee. NID will ensure that there is no previous interior or exterior damage to the vehicle. If it is found that the vehicle is damaged NID will provide the insurer with a comprehensive report backed with images of such damage.
